The Camo:

Romanian M1990 "Leaf" Camouflage is one of the more distinct patterns to come out of former Warsaw Pact nations. This pattern was used briefly by the Romanian military during the early 1990s, before it was replaced by a pattern similar in design to German Flecktarn.

This blue subvariant was used by Romania's Ministry of Internal Affairs from 1990 to 2002.
